About the role
Job Overview: Account Manager (Small Specialty West) The Account Manager will be responsible for business growth and development of the Small Specialty customer portfolio, while also assisting the Pattison Key Account Manager with portions of the Pattison business. This position will report in to the Pattison Key Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Forecasting – support internal and external forecasting capabilities to improve in stock position, fill rates, and forecasting accuracy
- Business Development – develop customer plans, presentations and customer programs with an end goal of achieving sales and profit targets.
- Volume & Trade Spend management – effectively manage budgets and volume targets
- Data Management & Ordering – monitor inventory in the London Drugs portal and create POs to replenish when low.
- Trade Spend – effectively manage budgets based on account objectives
- Internal facilitation – keep internal teams & field team focused on successful execution of customer programs and opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, business reviews and sales reports that identify areas for improvement and business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- Selling experience of 2-5 years in CPG environment

- Proficiency of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Co-pilot)

- Interpersonal skills, collaborative with cross-functional teams
