About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical 3PL Specialist to support several third-party Warehouses. This role involves evaluating the impact of new projects on the 3PL Supply Chain Network, preparing business case reviews, operational budget plans, volume forecasts, and monitoring actuals for 3PL locations. The 3PL Specialist will also lead data analysis for budget planning of all 3PL Warehouses and manage purchase requisitions and service entry postings among other duties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support 3PL Operating Budget Development and Monitoring actuals
- Complete 3PL Network Analysis on New Project Impacts as required
- Establishment of 3PL Warehouse KPIs, supporting monitoring and following through with action plans on deviations from targets
- Leading Scouting of new 3PL Warehouses/Companies
- Communicate periodically with Warehouse and 3PL Inventory Teams on issues found
- Ensure proper stock rotation where required
- Provide resolution for any problems that may arise
- Continuous learning and training on warehouse operating systems.
- Assists with physical inventory count as needed
- Responsible for monthly movement data collection
- Will be required to run Adhoc reports/ investigations
- Monitor Rental Pallet Programs
- Process Work Items
- Support for 3PL Warehouse Quality Audits and Reporting
Who we are looking for:
- Knowledge of the levels of service necessary in production and towards the Commercial Divisions
- Knowledge of products to ensure the correct material handling
- Knowledge of technical equipment in material handling incoming for production and outgoing finished goods
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Knowledge of all warehouse operating systems
- Strong communications skills in a multi-cultural environment;
- Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills;
- Demonstrated team building skills;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of inventory/ warehouse operations
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Must be able to manage time effectively
- Understanding of FOX system or like Lean Operations Fundamentals
- Adherence to Quality Requirements, Audit and Reporting
