We have a current opening for an AI Optimization Specialist to join our team of over 150 1:1 communication experts who are dedicated to creating incredible work, making our client’s proud, and smashing personal and professional goals along the way. This role will work closely with team leaders across Strategy, Creative, Technology, and Client Service to drive the implementation of AI acceleration at JAM. You will guide how we use Anthropic’s Claude, along with platforms like ClickUp, to build and manage custom AI tools, and lead the evolution of AI-enabled workflows that help our teams deliver better work, faster and more consistently.
Responsibilities
AI platform optimization (Anthropic/Claude) Assist in the strategy, structure, and governance for JAM’s Claude environment Define best practices, safety standards, and usage models across teams Translate business requirements into scalable AI workflows that support everyday work Monitor Anthropic platform updates and ensure JAM adopts new capabilities responsibly and quickly Manage how Claude connects to our everyday tools through MCP servers and connectors
Claude skill development & management
Build, refine, and maintain shared Claude skills tailored to specific clients, use cases, and internal workflows Own skill and project instructions to ensure reliable, high-quality behaviour Partner with internal content owners to evolve knowledge bases and maintain accuracy Test, troubleshoot, and resolve advanced model issues that impact quality or performance
Workflow acceleration & enablement
Identify high-value opportunities where AI can speed up communication, creative work, QA, reporting, and client-service tasks Design AI-assisted processes for briefs, emails, decks, research, recaps, and reviews Train teams on how to get consistent, high-quality outputs from Claude Develop reusable skills, templates, and prompt frameworks that drive efficiency and improve results
AI innovation & emerging technology
Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, agents, automations, MCP servers, and integrations Prototype new solutions that enhance marketing delivery and operational efficiency Advise leadership on long-term AI strategy, investment areas, and competitive advantage Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI, workflow automation, and marketing technology
Other
Experience with prompt engineering, LLM behaviour, or AI-driven workflow design Understanding of marketing, CRM, creative workflows, or client communications Ability to translate user feedback into structured, technical improvements Strong communicator who can coach teams and simplify complex AI concepts Bonus: Experience with Claude, MCP servers, automation platforms, APIs, integrations (Teams, Outlook) 3-5+ years of experience in AI, digital strategy, marketing technology, or related fields
