We are seeking a PGA of Canada member and Master Club Fitter to lead the premium fitting experience at Studio X - Etobicoke.
You’ll oversee daily studio operations, conduct fittings, manage our appointment book, and deliver training and certification for Golf Town’s network of aspiring Master Club Fitters. This role works closely with our Store Management Team and vendor partners to help customers find the right equipment to play their best.

Drawing on your extensive background in club fitting, understanding the science of golf in depth, and ultimately owning every step of the custom fitting experience to ensure our service is best-in-class. Responsibilities
- Custom Fitting Delivering a best-in-class club fitting experience to Golf Town customers.
- Assisting in planning and coordinating the training schedule with Store Management.
- Working with merchandising teams to maintain the correct assortment of custom club-fitting products and tools.
- Collaborating with other departments (e.g., marketing, visuals, etc.), ensuring Studio X reaches and exceeds its objectives.
- Developing and maintaining effective partnerships with customers and all store employees.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers and recommend the correct product to enhance player performance.
- Facilitation Running in-store product knowledge, training sessions, and workshops.
- Facilitating training via technology (i.e. webinars, conference calls, e-learning, etc.) and multi-media presentations (images, audio, and video).
- Administering "Master Fitter Certification" sessions.
Qualifications
- PGA of Canada designation or demonstrated ability to pass the PGA of Canada Playing Ability Test.
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment.
- Experienced ("Master" level) club fitter (vendor, green grass, or retail) with demonstrated proficiency in club fitting and building with 5-7 years experience.
- Experience with various club fitting and lunch monitor technologies.
- Foresight PEAK™ Level 1 Certified Professional Training.
Compensation $50,000 - $55,000 + bonus Benefits/Perks
