En vous joignant à l'équipe Projets stratégiques et Excellence opérationnelle, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'exploitation des données pour orienter les décisions stratégiques et les améliorations opérationnelles. Vous développerez des modèles de données, des tableaux de bord et des rapports avec Power BI, assurerez l'intégrité des données, et collaborerez avec les parties prenantes d'affaires pour définir, suivre et améliorer les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI).

Collecter, nettoyer et valider les données provenant de sources multiples (Salesforce, Jira, Planisware, tableaux de bord internes) Concevoir, développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord et rapports Power BI Créer des visualisations interactives et des tableaux de bord de niveau exécutif Assurer l'exactitude, la fiabilité et la convivialité des tableaux de bord Collaborer avec les leaders d'affaires pour comprendre les besoins en matière de rapports Traduire les besoins d'affaires en solutions techniques Offrir formation et soutien aux utilisateurs des tableaux de bord Effectuer des analyses de cause racine sur les problèmes d'implémentation et développer des tableaux de bord pour en suivre les KPI

Baccalauréat en analyse de données, informatique ou domaine connexe Maîtrise des outils de visualisation de données (Power BI, Tableau) et des plateformes analytiques Expérience avec les cadres de KPI et les modèles de gouvernance Connaissance des systèmes de suivi des problèmes (Jira, Salesforce) et aisance dans les environnements multilingues Excellentes compétences analytiques, de résolution de problèmes et de communication 2 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un rôle similaire Capacité à collaborer à tous les niveaux organisationnels et à soutenir les équipes de direction Mentalité orientée résultats, avec un fort souci d'atteindre les objectifs de projet Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en assurant la reddition de comptes Autonomie dans l'exécution des tâches et la prise de décision dans les cadres établis Flexibilité et agilité dans la gestion des priorités Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis

Présence sur site requise 2 jours/semaine à Saint-Laurent La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise en raison de la participation à des réunions, conférences, formations ou projets conduits en anglais

About the role
By joining the Strategic Projects and Operational Excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and operational improvements. You will develop data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with business stakeholders to define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
What you'll do
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Jira, Planisware, internal dashboards) Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Create interactive visualizations and executive-level scorecards Ensure dashboards provide accurate, reliable, and user-friendly insights Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs Translate business requirements into technical solutions Provide training and support to dashboard users Perform root cause analysis on implementation issues and develop dashboards to monitor KPIs
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytics platforms Experience with KPI frameworks and governance models Familiarity with issue tracking systems (Jira, Salesforce) and multilingual environments Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 2–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role Ability to collaborate across organizational levels and support leadership teams Results-driven mindset with strong focus on achieving project objectives Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability Autonomy in task execution and decision-making within established frameworks Flexibility and agility in managing priorities Bilingualism (French and English) required
Good to know
On-site presence required 2 days/week in Saint-Laurent English proficiency is required due to participation in meetings, conferences, trainings, or projects conducted in English
