About the Role: The Agency Partnerships Manager (APM) is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with advertising agencies, and helping agencies drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, education, and support. Success as an APM requires strong sales skills, a strong partnership with Client Solutions Managers (CSM), problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment. This position is full-time and based out of our Toronto, Canada office.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow strategic partnerships with major Canadian agency groups (HoldCos and key independents), serving as a senior point of contact across planning, investment, and executive teams
- Position TikTok as a core partner in agency planning cycles, influencing media allocation across Canada-led and North America/global campaigns
- Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with agency partners, aligning TikTok solutions to business priorities and unlocking incremental investment across key verticals and accounts
- Drive revenue growth through agencies by expanding share of wallet within existing clients and unlocking new budgets, including US/global investment into Canada
- Navigate complex, multi-market account structures, partnering with global and US teams to ensure Canada is represented and scaled in broader campaigns
- Influence and orchestrate cross-functional teams (Product, Measurement, Creative, Marketing Science, Partnerships) to deliver integrated solutions
- Champion adoption of emerging products, with a focus on scaling performance and commerce solutions in a high-growth market
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, agency partnerships, or sales.
- Strong understanding of HoldCo structures and agency planning processes, including how investment decisions are made locally and internationally.
- Proven track record of managing and growing revenue across agency-driven portfolios
- Experience working on multi-market or cross-border campaigns, collaborating with global teams
- Deep understanding of digital advertising fundamentals, including auction-based buying, measurement, and full-funnel strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing or partnering with top agency groups (e.g., GroupM, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG) and their key accounts
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior agency stakeholders (VP, SVP, C-suite) and shape investment strategies
- Track record of unlocking incremental budgets through agency relationships, including exporting or localizing global campaigns.
- Strong consultative selling and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate global strategies into locally relevant execution
- Experience driving cross-functional alignment across regional and global teams.
- Understanding of advertising and regulatory landscape, including privacy and measurement considerations
- Proven ability to operate in a lean, high-impact environment, balancing strategic influence with hands-on execution

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is CAD $68,572 Annual Compensation Minimum - CAD $114,000 Annual Compensation Maximum.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, restricted stock units and benefits.
Employees have day one access to extended health, dental, a group registered retirement savings plan (RRSP) with company match issued through a deferred profit sharing plan (DPSP), paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
