Overview: Pembina Pipeline Pembina Pipeline is seeking a Logistics Analyst to join the Conventional and Oil Sands Pipelines Business Unit in our Calgary corporate office. Reporting to the Supervisor, Logistics, the successful candidate will be a key member of the business unit’s LVP (Low Vapor Pressure) Logistics team, coordinating customer movements on Pembina’s Crude and Condensate pipeline systems.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Receive and review customer nominations for pipeline capacity planning;
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with internal operating and business groups, Shipper, Producers, and downstream connected delivery points;
- Complying with and actively participating in all industry-related COLC calendar deadlines, relating to tasks such as: Producer Activity Reports, Form As, Form Cs, pipeline splits, shipper drafts, shipper balances, and invoicing.
- Support the planning and alignment of outages with upstream/downstream customers and the engineering, operations, and outage teams;
- Demonstrate learning agility by actively seeking feedback, adapting to new information quickly, and applying learnings to improve performance and deliver results in a dynamic environment;

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field;
- 5 years’ experience in pipeline logistics or scheduling;
- Strong knowledge of NGL and/or Crude Oil logistics combined with in-depth knowledge of pipeline operations;
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills;
- Collaborative team player with effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to be pro-active in identifying potential issues and providing solutions;
- Organized, detailed, analytical and able to consistently deliver accurate and timely information; and
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or processes and apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pembina’s Flexible Work Standard provides the option for eligible employees to work remotely on Fridays. The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position. Final candidate will be required to undergo Pre-Employment Background Checks including a Criminal Record Check.
