Company description

Eligeo.ai is a monday.com Platinum Partner and Make.com Silver Partner delivering AI-powered platform implementations — built on our monday.com core and expanding across SaaS and AI applications for clients in a range of industries including construction, professional services, and beyond. We customize monday.com to optimize the domains that run a business: project management, CRM, customer support, and agile software management. Our flagship construction offering, econstruction, is one example — streamlining construction management and transforming complex work like RFPs and project oversight into quantifiable efficiencies. Everything we deliver runs on CORE, our end-to-end delivery methodology that carries a client from discovery and design through configuration, structured adoption, and measured customer success.

The mission: lead implementation, deliver scalable solutions

Strategic impact: We don't just configure software — you own delivery from solution handoff through go-live, then stay on through change management and hypercare to drive adoption and measurable outcomes. Goal: Act as a trusted advisor who translates complex business problems into practical, scalable solutions while managing a concurrent, multi-project portfolio.

Your role in the ecosystem

The implementation expert: A day-one-ready monday.com professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to hit the ground running without platform training. The solution builder: You take the design from our Solution Designers and Business Process Consultants and turn it into a working, validated monday.com configuration. The efficiency driver: You work inside an AI-augmented delivery system — using generative AI to optimize workflows, automate administrative tasks, and run deep data analysis — and you deliver against clear delivery gates. Your role doesn't end at go-live: you lead change management and support hypercare, staying active after projects complete to embed the solution and drive lasting adoption.

Key responsibilities

Project leadership and delivery Own the delivery phase of complex SaaS implementations — picking up after Solution Designers and Business Process Consultants complete discovery — and carry projects through to go-live without a ramp-up period. QA implementations within our AI-augmented delivery system, handling the configuration adjustments needed to get builds client-ready. Run UAT with the client, train their team, and lead change management as the primary client-facing owner through go-live. Drive adoption post-go-live through hypercare, staying active after projects complete to embed the solution and realize client outcomes. Manage a concurrent, multi-project portfolio, tracking time and budget to deliver within a fixed-fee scope and protect project margins.

Solution configuration and validation

Interpret the solution design handed off from Solution Designers and Business Process Consultants, and translate it into a working, client-ready monday.com configuration. Refine and adjust builds to fit the client's operational requirements, validating the solution against the intended outcomes before UAT. Execute migrations from legacy systems like Smartsheet, Jira, Miro, and Asana into monday.com and connected SaaS and AI platforms, across diverse industries.

AI-driven delivery

Run QA inside our AI-augmented delivery system, using gated workflows that compare build intent against test results to surface gaps, then make the configuration fixes needed to close them. Use generative AI to parse meeting transcripts into status updates, draft client communications, and prep UAT and training materials. Build and configure AI agents and automations within the monday.com solutions you deliver — for business process optimization, data manipulation, and reducing manual client effort. Leverage behavioural adoption and engagement-health signals (not surveys) during hypercare to see how the client is actually using the system, and target your coaching where adoption is lagging.

Client-facing advisory

Act as the primary client-facing owner through delivery, UAT, training, and hypercare — building trust and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics. Lead change management with client teams, guiding people through the shift to new workflows and securing the buy-in that drives adoption. Collaborate with internal Solution Designers, Business Process Consultants, and technical teams to keep the build aligned with the client's intended outcomes.

Required qualifications

Mandatory expertise: Minimum four years of expert-level, hands-on monday.com implementation experience — you can build on day one without platform training. Broader platform experience across low-code/no-code, SaaS, and AI applications is a strong asset as we expand beyond our monday.com core. Change management and client enablement: Proven experience running UAT, training client teams, and driving user adoption through and beyond go-live. Project environment experience: Proven history of managing scope, time, and budget across simultaneous client projects. Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience implementing systems on no-code, SaaS, and AI platforms (monday.com, Jira, Miro, Asana, and similar). AI fluency: High proficiency using generative AI tools and AI agents for delivery and administrative automation. Education: An MBA or PMP certification is preferred; having both is highly desirable. Communication: Fluency in English, written and spoken, is required.

What success looks like

Immediate impact: Taking full ownership of projects on day one with zero training required. Delivery excellence: Delivering client-ready solutions within a fixed-fee scope, with strong project economics. Adoption and outcomes: Clients actively using the system after go-live, with ROI realized and measured through hypercare — because you stayed on to drive adoption, not because you handed it off.

Why join Eligeo.ai? Flexible hours to support work-life balance. Strong compensation packages that reward expert-level contributions. Exposure to multiple SaaS and AI ecosystems, an AI-augmented delivery model, and real professional development.

Trust the Process.
