A major ICI focused General Contractor with a presence across Ontario and Quebec is looking for their new Site Superintendent to lead a WWTP Project in Orillia. On completion of this project you will work on similar projects in and around Western Ontario.

Site Superintendent - Industrial - Orillia
Role Requirements
- Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Manage project schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Track project progress and regularly report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Report directly to the Project Manager and sideline to the on site Lead Super
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure alignment with project specifications and standards.
Profile
Site Superintendent - Industrial - Orillia
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Superintendent in the ICI sector, with a focus on water and wastewater treatment plants and industrial projects.
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in IT and spreadsheets
- Able to commute across Western Ontario
Job Offer
A basic salary of up to $140,000 (depending upon experience)

Desired Skills and Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Superintendent in the ICI sector, with a focus on water and wastewater treatment plants and industrial projects.
Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
