About the role
We’re seeking a dedicated Quality Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in upholding Caivan’s commitment to building quality homes. In this role, you’ll be the master scheduler for key homeowner milestones, ensuring seamless coordination between our customers, production teams, and quality specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Quality Assurance calendar as the master scheduler for all milestone appointments
- Coordinate and reschedule QA milestones to support production requirements
- Optimize scheduling to maximize the efficiency of Quality Specialists
- Liaise with customers to schedule and prepare for Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and Pre-Drywall Walks (PDW)
- Field homeowner inquiries related to PDI, closing, and post-closing
- Coordinate PDI information, communications, and documentation internally
- Support the Quality Team by stepping in to conduct overflow inspections as needed
- Manage Quality’s closing extension protocol
- Maintain and update multiple unit-status trackers
- Perform other duties as required
You Will Bring:
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a residential home builder environment
- Proven scheduling and coordination expertise
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, diplomatic approach
- Adaptability and a problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency with Tarion processes and guidelines
- Ability to work independently and repeat tasks with consistency
- Physical ability to navigate construction sites (including stairs)
- A keen eye for detail and quality in new home construction
- Comfort with technology, including the use of tablets for inspections
- Understanding of new home construction from a finishing perspective (asset)
