Role
Responsibilities Main activities & Task:
Team Engagement & Enablement
- Plan and coordinate regular team meetings, including Market Research Connect meetings, learning sessions, and best practice exchanges.
- Organize virtual and in-person team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and morale.
- Maintain a calendar of key internal events and ensure timely communication and participation.
Learning & Development
- Curate and manage internal learning resources, including onboarding materials, training content, and knowledge libraries.
- Coordinate with experts to organize and publicize internal webinars, case study discussions, and training sessions.
- Track participation and gather feedback to continuously improve learning initiatives.
Operational Support
- Serve as the point of contact for coordinating cross-functional meetings and workshops.
- Assist in maintaining team directories, collaboration tools, and share platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
Communication & Culture
- Draft and distribute internal newsletters or updates highlighting team achievements, milestones, and upcoming events.
- Help reinforce team values and culture through creative initiatives and recognition programs.
- Facilitate onboarding experiences for new team members to ensure smooth integration.
Develop and lead field feedback surveys
- Coordinate field insights: Map key milestones and engage stakeholders to deploy brand-aligned surveys.
- Analyze and present findings: Deliver clear, actionable insights through compelling data visualizations.
- Drive impact and reporting: Track outcomes, create cross-therapy reports, and share learnings broadly.

9:00 am - 5:00 pm
