JOB DESCRIPTION
**Position Title:**Procurement Administrator
**Department:**Procurement
**Position Reports to:**Procurement Manager
Position Summary: The Procurement Administrator is an analytical problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment. Working closely with our Supply Planning and Category Management teams, this position will support several critical functions including maintaining the data integrity of product information in our system, reviewing price changes, and completing product listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile, print, and distribute various reporting on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis
- Review price changes
- Input, review and print weekly and monthly tracking reports
- Oversee the debit process with our vendors
- Collaborate with Category Managers, Supply Planners, and other departments
- Confirm and follow up on all Purchase Orders and missed pick-ups
- Complete all listings or products
- Provide support to Supply Chain Planning and coverage as required
- Participate and assist at our annual Tradeshow
- Complete and keep up to date on all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality Assurance training pertinent to the role.
- Responsible for reporting any and all concerns related to the Health & Safety, safe handling and integrity of all items received, stored and distributed by Flanagan Foodservice.
- Adherence to all Health & Safety, Food Safety and WHMIS practices.
- Follow safe and efficient work procedures to meet customer requirements including maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Completion of post secondary education, preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in a similar role
- Highly organized and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Analytical problem solver, ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced-level computer skills including Microsoft Excel and comfortable with various software applications
- Strong team player and ability build effective relationships

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
