We are seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of business solutions and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery. This role requires someone who can lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.

Project Planning & Execution: Skilled in developing project plans, managing scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Risk & Issue Management: Experienced in identifying risks early, implementing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues efficiently.

Agile & Scrum Leadership: Proficient in Agile methodologies, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and driving continuous improvement.
Tools & Platforms

Project Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and other project tracking and collaboration tools.

Reporting & Documentation: Skilled in creating dashboards, status reports, and project documentation to support transparency and governance.

Cloud Awareness: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, and AWS to support project coordination and delivery.
Delivery Experience

End-to-End Delivery: Demonstrated success in managing the full lifecycle of projects—from initiation and planning to execution and closure.

Process Optimization: Experience in identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices to improve delivery outcomes.

Team Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and mentor team members to achieve project goals.

Change Management: Skilled in navigating organizational change, managing transitions, and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
Technical Awareness (Not Required but Beneficial)
While deep software engineering expertise is not required, familiarity with technical concepts and environments is beneficial for effective communication and coordination with development teams.

Basic Understanding of Development Languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, etc.

Awareness of CI/CD Concepts: Understanding of deployment pipelines and release processes.

Knowledge of APIs & Web Services: REST, SOAP, etc., to support integration projects.
