- Designing, maintaining, and evolving CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps and/or GitHub), including deployment automation and continuous improvement initiatives to increase delivery speed and reliability.
- Defining, standardizing, and evolving DevX standards (e.g., SonarQube, Snyk, GitHub Copilot, Infrastructure as Code), and providing reusable reference pipelines and templates to application teams.
- Supporting teams in the adoption of tools and best practices (coaching, workshops, documentation, playbooks), fostering team autonomy and reducing cognitive load.
- Ensuring security and observability by design (Dynatrace, logs, metrics, traces), and supporting the integration of monitoring and alerting standards.
- Leading modernization and continuous improvement initiatives (standardization, automation, templates, starter kits, testing practices) in collaboration with platform, application, and security teams.
- Acting as a key point of contact between application, platform, and security teams to facilitate integration, governance, and change management for impactful initiatives.
What will help you succeed in this role
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 10+ years of experience in information technology, including several years in a similar role (platform, DevOps/DevX, cross-functional tooling, or System Team).
- Has at least 2 years of experience integrating artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.
- Is recognized for influence-based leadership, a collaborative mindset, and a solution- and business-value-oriented approach.
- Is fluent in French and has an intermediate level of English, as the role involves daily communication and collaboration with internal and external English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
- Demonstrates strong expertise in DevOps / DevSecOps and CI/CD practices within complex environments.
- Excels at defining and driving the adoption of cross-functional standards.
- Shows strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and proven problem-solving abilities.
