Job Description En tant que Superviseur - Succursale (Ventes en sécurité) , vous assisterez la direction de la succursale dans la formulation des stratégies de vente. Responsabilités
- Assurer la supervision directe des ventes internes, du service à la clientèle et du personnel du comptoir.
- Encadrer et former le personnel interne et du comptoir sur la saisie des commandes, la préparation des devis, l’amélioration des marges, la résolution de problèmes et les bonnes pratiques de communication.
- Recevoir les directives de la direction de la succursale et les communiquer aux employés.
- Participer à la répartition de la charge de travail de l’équipe.
- Vérifier les registres de présence, fournir des recommandations sur les embauches, contribuer aux évaluations de performance, participer à la formation et au développement du personnel, et appuyer les actions disciplinaires au besoin.
- Analyser les tendances et contribuer à l’élaboration des plans d’action pour corriger les problèmes, améliorer le service et optimiser la productivité.
- Servir de liaison avec les fournisseurs pour les autorisations de retour.
- Superviser la gestion du crédit, l’octroi de crédit et le recouvrement des comptes clients et des déductions.
- Organiser et coordonner les formations produits pour l’équipe et les fournisseurs.
Qualifications
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent requis ; baccalauréat préféré.
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en ventes internes.
- Connaissance des principes de gestion et d’affaires, y compris la planification stratégique, l’allocation des ressources, les techniques de leadership, les méthodes de production et la coordination des personnes et des ressources.
- Connaissance des principes et processus liés au service à la clientèle, notamment l’évaluation des besoins des clients, le respect des normes de qualité et la mesure de la satisfaction.
- Connaissance des procédures et systèmes administratifs et bureautiques (traitement de texte, gestion des dossiers et des fichiers, procédures et terminologie de bureau).
- Excellentes compétences verbales, écrites, analytiques, interpersonnelles et de persuasion.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en informatique.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler en équipe, à faire preuve de leadership et de flexibilité.
- 2 ans d’expérience en supervision des ventes et en gestion de site avec responsabilité de P&L (bénéfices et pertes) – préféré.
- 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine électrique – préféré.
- Capacité à voyager jusqu’à 25 %
As the Supervisor - Branch (Security Sales), you will assist branch management in formulation of sales strategies. You will plan and execute budgets to grow accounts, margin, and recruit new customers. You will provide leadership to assigned staff to meet and optimize established levels of business performance objectives, service, productivity, and quality. You will support a branch with $1M revenue or less or support the Security Sales Branch Manager in branches with a $1M - $5M revenue or less.
Responsibilities
- Provides immediate supervision of inside sales, customer services and counter personnel.
- Coaches and mentors inside and counter staff on order entry, quotations, margin enhancement, problem solving, and communication etiquette.
- Takes leadership and direction from branch management and communicates to employees.
- Assists with team workload distribution.
- Verifies attendance records, provides input on hiring matters, assists with performance appraisals, takes direction on training and development of staff, and assists with disciplinary actions.
- Analyzes trends and provides input on branch action plans to correct issues, improve service, and optimize productivity.
- Serves as liaison with suppliers for return authorizations.
- Directs credit management in extension of credit and collection of accounts receivable claims and deductions.
- Provides and organizes product training for team and vendors.
Qualifications
- High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors Degree preferred
- 3- 5 years of inside sales experience
- Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Demonstrate teamwork, leadership, and flexibility
- 2 years preferred of sales supervision and department site P&L preferred
- 3 years of electrical experience preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Compensation Details: $72,053 - $90,067 Annually
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
