- Provide senior-level administrative and organizational support
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and priorities
- Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, logistics, and follow-ups
- Act as a key liaison with internal teams and external partners
- Handle confidential information with discretion and judgment
- Support expense reporting, invoices, and event coordination
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process efficiency What we’re looking for
- 5–7 years of experience in a senior administrative role
- Diploma or degree in administration or a related field
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and priority-management skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and autonomy
- Bilingual (English & French)

- 5 à 7 ans d’expérience dans un rôle administratif senior
- Diplôme en administration ou domaine connexe
- Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft 365 et outils collaboratifs
- Solides compétences en organisation, communication et gestion des priorités
- Grand professionnalisme, autonomie et discrétion
- Bilinguisme français / anglais
