$92,310 - $124,890Communication and accounting skills needed
Help define and deliver lending business systems, provide business system support, and design, develop, and deliver training for various business units.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify the impact of new and existing products
- Conduct process redesign for various business units
- Coach co-workers and partners on proper policies and procedures
- Assist with the design, validation and testing of business systems
- Troubleshoot complex issues from various divisions
- Design, develop, and deliver training materials based on research from multiple sources.
- Create and execute controls and monitoring data queries
What we’re looking for:
- Problem solver and multi-tasker comfortable in a fast paced agile environment
- An aptitude for information analysis and systems thinking
- Confident communicator familiar with adult education concepts
- Proven analytical skills and understanding of financial concepts
- Relationship-builder able to manage key stakeholder interactions
What you’ll need:
- A Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA) and at least four years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
