Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a full-time, permanent Inside Sales Representative.

Reporting to our Regional Sales Manager, Quebec, the Internal Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth and maintaining our customer experience. The incumbent will manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain regular communications through structured telesales activities, while applying the company’s internal sales methodology.

In collaboration with the field sales team, this role contributes to achieving business objectives and optimizing the company’s brand presence with retailers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

Sales and Account Management

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of client accounts through structured telesales activities.
  • Follow up regularly with clients to identify business opportunities and support sales growth.
  • Be accountable for sales results related to the accounts under your management.
  • Implement proactive actions to develop existing accounts.

Call Cycle Management

  • Adhere to account mapping and call frequency guidelines established by the sales management team.
  • Follow the sales call cycle to ensure consistency and frequency of client interactions.
  • Ensure effective follow-up on business and promotional priorities.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proactively escalate situations involving dissatisfied clients.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to ensure effective account management.

Tools and Processes

  • Use internal tools and systems (e.g., PAWA, S3000, Excel, Outlook) in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Keep client information up to date and rigorously track sales activities.

WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service
  • Experience in a retail environment (an asset)
  • Interest in the cosmetics and beauty industry
  • Proficiency with computer tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Bilingualism – The person will communicate with clients across Canada

  • Collaborative and comfortable working in a team environment
  • Effective in managing your time and priorities
