Duties:
The Department of Physics and Astronomy invites applications for Student Assistants for the following positions for during the Winter term of 2025/26:
74:152 Assign. Marker Up to 5 hrs per wk for up to 9 wks
74:152 Lab Marker Up to 5 hrs per wk for up to 10 wks
The successful candidates will mark assignments or lab reports from a marking key, and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Successful completion of course(s) for which they are applying
- Demonstrated success in other Physics courses
- Ability to meet deadlines (reliable and punctual)
- Ability to interpret and follow marking guide
- Ability to use judgement to evaluate alternative solutions
