We are seeking a dynamic, energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing stellar customer service experiences daily basis. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable of our products with an engaging, upbeat personality.

Duties and Responsibilities Assist in Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel Assist in Maintain and manage inventory stock levels Assist in Manage store appearance/daily upkeep. Assist in Manage alterations dept. to ensure alterations are done correctly, on time and manage tailor dept. efficiency. Hire and train additional staff as required. Supervise, motivate and guide staff towards maximum performance and sales goals. Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget Manage issues and/or complaints from customers for quick and satisfactory resolution. Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise Determine the need for areas of improvements in the store Manage budgets and sales targets.

Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred Previous retail and/or sales experience a major plus Computer literate and comfortable using POS systems Thrives working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of retail management best practices Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizing and leadership skills Menswear or Retail management experience preferred.
