Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance reports, dashboards, and data models to improve visibility for leadership and field teams.
- Partner with business users to troubleshoot data issues and identify opportunities for workflow automation and efficiency.
- Support data migration, integration, and cleanup activities tied to advisor onboarding and system enhancements.
- Develop and update operational performance metrics and scorecards using Salesforce and Excel/Power BI.
- Contribute to testing and validation during new feature deployments or platform integrations.
- Support documentation and user training on new dashboards, workflows, or automation tools.
- Perform other tasks related to operational data support as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data reporting, CRM management, or business analytics (Salesforce experience required).
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or CRM-driven environments is a strong asset.
- Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and comfort with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, or equivalent) considered an advantage.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data structure, reporting logic, and user interface.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented; strong data accuracy and troubleshooting mindset.
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
