About the Company We are a fast-growing logistics and supply chain solutions provider, operating across North America and Latin America. We specialize in cross-border e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, and freight coordination.Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making for our Canadian operations. This role will manage day-to-day accounting, cash flow, and reporting while partnering with operations to drive efficiency.Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Reporting & Close Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close. Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with ASPE or IFRS. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management.

  2. Accounting Operations Oversee AP, AR, and general ledger activities. Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial records. Coordinate payroll processing, including CPP, EI, and income tax withholdings.

  3. Cash Flow & Treasury Monitor and forecast cash flow across entities, managing CAD and USD currency exposure. Manage banking relationships and payment processes. Optimize working capital (receivables, payables, inventory).

  4. Tax & Compliance Ensure compliance with federal and provincial tax requirements, including GST/HST/PST filings. Oversee corporate tax filings and compliance with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Coordinate with external CPAs and auditors. Support audits and regulatory reporting.

  5. Business Support & Analysis Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Provide financial insights to operations and leadership. Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA (Canada) designation is preferred. 8+ years of accounting/finance experience. Strong knowledge of ASPE/IFRS and Canadian tax regulations. Experience with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite). Strong attention to detail and hands-on execution ability. Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce. Experience in multi-entity or cross-border (Canada-US) environments.
