MAIN FUNCTIONS
Relevant du Responsable du programme stabilité, le Documentaliste, stabilité est responsable de la gestion rigoureuse des échantillons et de la documentation liés aux études de stabilité. La personne titulaire du poste contribue activement au bon déroulement des activités du programme en assurant le suivi des échantillons et la conformité documentaire.
Responsabilités
- Assurer la réception des échantillons provenant de différents sites;
- Procéder à la création des études de stabilité dans les systèmes en place;
- Effectuer la séparation et la mise en stabilité des échantillons conformément aux protocoles établis;
- Maintenir à jour la gestion de l’inventaire des échantillons;
- Préparer et effectuer la sortie des échantillons pour les analyses hebdomadaires;
- Réaliser les inventaires périodiques des échantillons de stabilité;
- Veiller au bon entretien des chambres de stabilité;
- Assurer le classement et l’archivage des documents liés aux études de stabilité;
- Appliquer les procédures internes, les exigences réglementaires ainsi que les politiques C-TPAT et les règles de santé et sécurité;
- Participer à toute autre tâche connexe en lien avec les activités du département.
