Purpose Of Job The Programmatic Coordinator is responsible for assisting in day-to-day campaign activity for your assigned brands and campaigns. You will work with the Programmatic Manager in service, setup and activation of your respective programmatic campaigns for your assigned clients.

The Programmatic Coordinator develops positive relationships with agency partners and internal teams while using multiple programmatic platforms to develop, activate and report on digital media campaigns. This is an interdisciplinary role that combines planning, execution, and optimization of client’s investment to deliver impactful results across all programmatic channels

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure campaign timelines are adhered at every step of the process – plan deadlines, creative trafficking, go-live date
  • Participate in discussions about potential campaigns and attend new campaign briefings.
  • Ensure all media plan requirements are correctly communicated to all relevant teams and entered accurately in the appropriate platforms.
  • Work across different platforms including trading (DSPs), financial (MediaOcean), proprietary tools and analytics/reporting
  • Establish a respectful relationship with internal and external teams
  • Use optimization tools and resources to hit performance goals. Ensuring full delivery on campaigns and recommend alternatives to deliver when the need arises
  • Keep regular and detailed optimization notes and campaign insights
  • Learn programmatic landscape and partner value proposition.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and account demands
  • A introductory knowledge of the programmatic industry: pros and cons of key platforms, understanding of sources of inventory (exchange, PMP, Deal, Programmatic Guaranteed)
  • Understanding of the key attributes, value, and capabilities of key platforms (DSPs) such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, and Amazon
  • Ability to navigate ad-server and ad-verification platforms and pull reports as needed
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Passion for problem solving and digital media
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management

Education And Work Experience

  • Accounting and Finance Management (Media Ocean)
  • Experience or knowledge working with Project Management Tools
  • Medium To High Excel knowledge is a must
  • Medium to high Power point knowledge is a must
  • Basic Ad Operations and Trafficking knowledge is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Sales force is a preferred but not required.
  • Outlook suit knowledge is highly important (Email, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook calendar)
  • Experience or knowledge on Data visualizations tools like Tableau, Databricks, BI, Datorama is preferred but not required
