About the role

Harley Davidson Winnipegis looking for aWarehouse/Service Shop Helperto join out team! The Warehouse & Service Support role is designed to support dealership operations year-round. During peak winter months (November–April), the role focuses on warehouse operations, logistics, and unit handling. As the riding season begins, the position transitions into a Service Shop Helper role, supporting technicians and service advisors to maintain efficient workflow and an exceptional customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Winter Season

  • Support motorcycle movement, staging, and delivery coordination between departments and customers
  • Complete customer deliveries and pickups as required with motorcycle uncrating, setup, and preparation
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Support reconditioning efforts including cleaning and preparing motorcycles for display or delivery
  • Assist with general building upkeep and seasonal duties (including snow removal tasks)
  • Collaborate with Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Spring/Summer Season

  • As the role transitions into the service department, you will:
  • Assist with customer check-in and move motorcycles into staging areas
  • Ensure upcoming technician jobs are pre-staged and ready
  • Support technicians by tagging, organizing, and storing take-off and warranty parts
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment
  • Wash and prepare motorcycles for customer pickup
  • Perform final walk-arounds to ensure delivery readiness
  • Assist in keeping customers informed on service progress when required
  • Support PDI processes, including test rides (if licensed)

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, service, or dealership experience is an asset
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Mechanical aptitude or interest in motorcycles is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required (motorcycle license considered an asset)
  • Ability to lift, move, and maneuver motorcycles and equipment
