Duties
- Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective customers
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services that meet their requirements
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively to meet or exceed sales goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract new customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; strong communication skills are essential
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching sales targets
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine interest in helping customers find solutions
