About the role

As a part-time Call Centre Clerk, you’ll be the welcoming point of contact for customers from coast to coast. You’ll handle incoming calls and offer remote support for all things parking—whether it’s helping with access, payments, or general questions.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be fully bilingual in French and English, as you’ll be assisting a diverse range of customers across Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers across multiple locations in Canada.
  • Provide remote assistance and support to customers with their parking inquiries, including issues with access, payments, and general questions.
  • Detect and report any irregularities or issues with parking access or equipment.
  • Investigate and resolve any incidents or complaints reported by customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a call center setting
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
