Your impact
We are currently searching for an Entry Level Human Resources Consultant to join our team in Dallas, TX.
Supporting the regional HR Business Delivery team, you’ll be responsible for providing a full suite of HR initiatives across Jacobs. We’ll rely on you to ensure that our HR programs are implemented consistently, effectively and in keeping with global standards across the business groups supported. While providing advice and counsel to managers and supervisors, you’ll be accountable for adhering to polices, practices and applicable legislation and regulations. You’ll have the opportunity to assist in the implementation of critical people initiatives to drive and support profitable business growth and operate in alignment with our company values, initiatives of the Business Region and the global HR organization.
We are looking for a results oriented and focused HR Professional who has a keen desire to learn and grow within our company and who is excited to work in a highly collaborative, effective HR team. To be successful in this position you must possess strong judgment and a superior code of conduct surrounding maintenance of strict confidentiality of client, company, and personnel information.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficient in using Microsoft office programs (e.g. MS Work, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook
- Aptitude for learning new programs and using new technology
- Demonstrated project and time management skills.
- Relevant internship experience
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or another closely related field
- One year of demonstrated HR experience
