Don Head Animal Clinic is looking for a DVM to join our team on a temporary FT basis (18-month mat leave coverage)! Flexible 32–38-hour work weeks. You will be in a rotation with 2-3 other doctors and 3 RVT’s so bring your thoughts and share with our collaborative team!

Our clinic places a heavy emphasis on exceptional medicine and outstanding client service, which has consistently won us the title of “Best Veterinary Clinic of the Year” in Richmond Hill for the last four years. We strive to ensure our team enjoys a work-life balance, so our veterinarians and RVTs work four-day weeks and rotating Saturdays (and absolutely no on-call hours!).

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Provincial DVM licensing, or eligibility to be licensed
- Proficient with soft tissue surgery as well as dental procedures
- Passion for what you do every day
- Enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude are a must
- A strong desire to educate and build solid relationships with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Open to evening shifts (open until 7pm) and weekends
