The division is focused on ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed and has designated numeracy and student mental health and wellness as division priorities.

S2627-25 Legislative Services Coordinator - Bonnyville Division Office
We are seeking a full-time (1.0 fte) position commencing as soon as possible. The assignment involves overseeing privacy management of the Division, including Privacy Impact Assessments and maintaining the Privacy Management Plan. Overseeing the Division’s records management practices and retention schedules, privacy breaches, and Division information forms management is also under the purview of this position. The successful applicant must be ambitions and is able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Preference Will Be Given To Applicants Who Have
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience working for a public sector, within an Information & Privacy and/or Risk Assessment is preferred A University degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Commerce, Law, etc.) is preferred Certification in privacy or records management would be considered an asset Proficiency in information access and privacy practices is required, with a strong understanding of Alberta's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP), Access to Information Act (ATIA), Protection of Privacy Act (POPA) or other comparable privacy legislation Proven ability to conduct research, and to interpret and apply legislative requirements effectively Demonstrated working knowledge of records and information management systems Strong attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong analytical capabilities Excellent time management and organizational skills
