About the role

###About Method

Method is on a mission to transform how small businesses operate by giving them real control over their customer workflows. Our flagship product, Method CRM is purpose-built for small businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets and generic tools. With deep QuickBooks integration and a powerful no-code customization engine, Method enables users to design workflows that truly fit their unique needs. As a scaling growth company, we’re now taking that mission further, leveraging AI to develop intelligent agents that assist users in rapidly building and customizing no-code apps. This innovation is at the heart of our next chapter, and we’re looking for people who are excited to build the future of work!

###The Role

Method is looking for a driven and highly organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across our entire organization. You will partner directly with hiring managers across all departments to help build great teams.

This is a hybrid role, and attendance at our downtown Toronto office will be required 2 days per week

###What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end across all departments, from job requisition to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and keep them informed throughout the process.
  • Source proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter when inbound pipelines need a boost, including targeted outreach and talent mapping.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates with a strong eye for culture and role fit.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire hiring process, ensuring a consistently positive experience.
  • Craft compelling screening questions, structured interview guides, and feedback forms tailored to each role.
  • Build and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards in Ashby to track pipeline health and hiring metrics.
  • Represent Method at career fairs and other external recruiting events.
  • Send and manage offers, coordinating with stakeholders to move quickly on top candidates.
  • Continuously improve our hiring processes and share best practices with the broader team.

###What You Bring

Before you read this next section, we want you to know that we know the “ideal candidate” doesn’t exist — everybody has a unique background and skill set. Even if you don’t check every box below, we’d love for you to apply. We are building for the future and growth potential is a priority for us!

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a tech or SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with Ashby (or a similar modern ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • A track record of managing multiple open roles simultaneously without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, as you will be the face of Method to every candidate you interact with.
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical roles, specifically Software Engineers, as well as non-technical functions including Sales, Marketing, and Support.
  • An organized, process-driven mindset with great attention to detail.
  • Highly resourceful and self-directed, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.

###AI in Recruitment

At Method, we use artificial intelligence (AI) to help support and enhance our recruitment process. These tools may assist with tasks such as resume screening, drafting job descriptions, generating initial interview questions, transcription, and occasionally sourcing candidates.

AI is never used to make final hiring decisions. All hiring decisions are made by our team. Our use of AI is intended to support administrative and repetitive tasks, helping us streamline our workflows while maintaining a thoughtful and human-centered hiring experience.

We are committed to the responsible and ethical use of AI in our recruitment practices. Our standardized hiring processes are designed to reduce bias and promote fairness, and we regularly review and refine our practices to align with evolving industry standards and legal guidelines.

Method is an equal opportunity employer for all — regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status or able-bodiedness. As part of our commitment to be an inclusive and accessible workplace, we’re happy to provide accommodations for candidates taking part in the selection process.
