About the role

Wireless DNA is an authorized exclusive Rogers, Fido and Chatr dealer with over 27 years in the industry. Our airport kiosks are unlike anything else we do — high traffic, high stakes, and high opportunity. As an Assistant Store Manager, you are the Store Manager’s right hand and their equal on the floor. You carry the same energy, drive the same initiatives, and hold the same standard — every single day.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

  • Upholding the highest standard of brand representation for Wireless DNA, Rogers, Fido and Chatr at all times — whether the Store Manager is present or not
  • Supporting the Store Manager in running every aspect of the location — sales, people, operations, and culture
  • Acting as the full ambassador for the store in the manager’s absence — the team, the standards, and the results don’t dip when they’re not there
  • Driving the same business development initiatives as the Store Manager — building relationships across the airport, creating leads, and finding every opportunity to bring business to the kiosk
  • Prospecting for business within the airport ecosystem — airline staff, airport employees, lounges, retail neighbours, and beyond. When one connection doesn’t pan out, you find another
  • Coaching and motivating the team daily with specific, actionable feedback that raises performance
  • Onboarding and supporting new team members so they are set up for success from day one
  • Maintaining all operational standards — inventory, cash, reporting, checklists — to the same level the Store Manager would
  • Being a visible, energetic presence on the floor — leading by example on every shift
  • Staying connected and available — your team counts on you to show up fully, every time

  • Speak more than one language — in an international airport environment, this is a significant advantage
  • Are ready to grow into a Store Manager role — this position is the direct path there
