OVERVIEW:

This position focuses on leading the delivery and continuous improvement of wellbeing advisory services. You will bring exceptional consulting expertise to help organizations define their wellbeing needs, translate insights into tailored strategies, and guide clients through practical solutions that deliver impact. You will be accountable for ensuring high-quality client interactions, mentoring advisors, and contributing to service innovation.

WHO YOU ARE:

As the Senior Advisor with the Wellbeing Advisory Services team, you will report to the Director, Head of Wellness and serve as both a strategic leader and trusted practitioner. While the Director sets the overall vision, direction, and enterprise alignment for wellbeing, you bring that vision to life through leading advisors, guiding client service delivery, and representing the practice externally.

You combine leadership presence with hands-on delivery. You’re a mentor to advisors, a thought leader in the market, and a trusted partner to senior leaders inside client organizations. You thrive on translating complex organizational challenges into clear strategies, leadership capability building, and practical solutions that create measurable impact.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead Advisory Delivery: Be the primary driver of service delivery by owning client engagements, executing deliverables, and shaping strategy while providing input on service agreements and ensuring compliance throughout the engagement.
  • Organizational Wellbeing Assessment: Lead and facilitate diagnostic assessments that uncover organizational health, risks, maturity and opportunities.
  • Strategy & Program Development: Align and incorporate assessment findings with wellbeing services and offerings.
  • Executive Advisory: Serve as a senior-level partner to client leaders, helping them embed wellbeing into culture, strategy, and leadership practices.
  • Mentorship & Team Development: Lay the groundwork to grow and lead a team of advisors to support and scale delivery including coaching advisors to grow their capabilities by providing feedback and modelling best practices in client engagement and service delivery and supporting continuous practice development.
  • Insights to Action: Turn market intelligence research, data, and client feedback into actionable recommendations that advance organizational performance.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the organization and services at client forums, industry events, and in publications to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Collaboration: Partner across internal teams to refine and evolve advisory services and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Facilitation: develop and facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive briefings to uncover insights and drive alignment.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, leadership, organizational psychology, human resources, or related discipline (Master’s an asset).
  • Certification in Prosci, project management, strategy development, management consulting, or facilitation would be an asset
  • 10+ years’ experience in consulting, organizational development, leadership development, or wellbeing strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in leading as an independent consultant and teams of advisors or consultants and ensuring excellence in delivery.
  • Demonstrated success working with complex sectors and organizations ranging from under 100 to over 1000 employees.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives with credibility and confidence while managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience designing and delivering strategy sessions, leadership programs, and workshops.
  • Analytical capability to translate data and assessments into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with a strong external presence.
  • A passion for organizational wellbeing and a belief in its role as a driver of trust, adaptability, and performance.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, health, or insurance is an asset but not required. What matters most is your ability to lead, advise, and amplify the impact of organizational wellbeing services.
