Research Development & Partnerships Officer

Job Summary
The Research Development & Partnerships Officer will play a key role in supporting the University of Toronto's research community by facilitating partnerships and collaborations with external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance research partnerships.
- Identify funding opportunities and assist researchers in proposal development.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Organize workshops and events to promote research initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of the research landscape and funding mechanisms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in research administration or development.
- Familiarity with the University of Toronto's research priorities.
- Knowledge of grant writing and proposal submission processes.

- This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
