Position Overview: HVAC Sales Representative

Responsibilities: As an HVAC Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of our HVAC service business in the Fredericton/Saint John Branch. You'll initiate, establish, and build profitable service relationships with new customers, with a primary focus on selling preventative maintenance agreements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, targeting, and qualifying prospective new customers through disciplined and professional processes.
- Conducting sales calls to understand customers' needs and propose innovative HVAC solutions.
- Developing territory marketing plans and attending industry events to expand business opportunities.
- Representing our company with pride, integrity, and performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
What We Look For:
Required:
- Strong Microsoft Office and CRM experience
- Strong value selling capability
- Strong work ethic and being self-motivated
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Experience selling an intangible service
- Bilingual in English/French - Will be meeting with clients in the surrounding Ottawa/Gatineau areas.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with building HVAC systems
- Post-secondary education
