Where you’ll be: This position will be based in Mississauga Canada with Travel Required
All About the Role: Electrolux is seeking a strategic and inspirational leader to oversee its Canadian operations. This executive will be responsible for driving profitable growth, aligning local initiatives with North American and global strategies, and leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, and support functions. Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to inspire teams while navigating complex business environments. The ideal candidate is a visionary, results-driven leader with a passion for customer excellence and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Canadian operations in alignment with North American and global business strategies, ensuring cultural and strategic consistency
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Canadian market, including market expansion, channel optimization, and long-term business development
- Manage full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, including revenue forecasting, expense control, and profitability targets; provide regular financial reviews on volume, revenue, and EBIT
- Direct national sales and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and corporate goals; guide cross-functional teams in executing go-to-market plans
- Collaborate with North American leaders in Product Line, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Ownership Solutions to refine product planning, sourcing strategies, and consumer insights
- Oversee operations, supply chain, and support functions (Finance, IT, HR) to ensure efficient delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment with global standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Canadian retail partners and dealer networks, ensuring high levels of service and long-term loyalty
- Drive organizational clarity, talent development, and cultural alignment through inspirational leadership and best practice sharing across the North American organization
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in business or equivalent; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Sales or General Management, ideally within appliances or durable goods
- Proven track record of managing revenue and driving profitability.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team building and organizational development
- Strong financial and strategic planning skills with a customer-focused mindset
