Role Description The Business Development role at Migranium is a full-time, on-site position based in Toronto, ON. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities with healthcare providers, including clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target markets, qualifying and engaging leads, conducting product presentations and demos, and nurturing relationships from initial contact through deal closure. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies, preparing proposals and contracts, tracking pipeline activity, and providing feedback from prospects to inform product and sales improvements. The Business Development professional will represent Migranium at industry events, support customer onboarding in partnership with the operations team, and consistently work toward revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities, segment markets, and interpret data-driven insights. Excellent Communication skills for conducting presentations, product demos, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration. Lead Generation and prospecting skills to build and manage a qualified pipeline of healthcare organizations. Customer Service skills to maintain long-term relationships, handle inquiries, and support clients throughout the sales cycle. Experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within healthcare, health tech, or SaaS environments. Proficiency with CRM tools and sales productivity software to track leads, opportunities, and account activities. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
