Do you want to work for an organization where people care about each other? We are currently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Continuing Education Coordinator at either the Toronto Campus or Boucher Campus
This individual will be reporting to the Program Manager, Continuing Education and will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of various initiatives of the CCNM’s continuing education program.
In this position, the individual will communicate with instructors/presenters, coordinate the execution of all educational training webinars or events and work on communication/marketing for the CE department. In addition, this individual will work with the CE Administrative Assistant to schedule and organize these educational sessions for prospective students, current students and alumni of the CCNM ND Program. This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule of approximately 10 hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered as an ND
- Experience and ability with educational event coordination, advertising, communication and delivering is an asset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal effectively– both orally and in writing- with individuals at all levels within the organization
- Highly developed computer literacy in all range of administrative support programs such as Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization, time management, analytical and research skills
- Tact, discretion and ability to exercise professional judgment in a highly confidential environment
