Job Title Manager, Change
Job Description We are looking for a results-driven Change Manager to join our team within the Divisional Business Services division in Toronto, Ontario on a 14-month contract . In this role, you will be a key driver of organizational transformation, supporting a division-wide transformation that will shape how our people, processes, and systems evolve. You will work closely with functional business leaders, project managers, and People & Change team to design and deliver change strategies that drive adoption and minimize disruption.
This is a hybrid position with a mix of remote and in-office work from our Toronto downtown office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end change management plans for the Unify transformation initiative, focused on the foundational operations of the reinsurance division
- Conduct stakeholder analyses, develop and execute the change plan, and conduct readiness and adoption evaluations
- In partnership with the Unify Communications team, ensure the delivery of compelling communication plans and materials tailored to diverse audiences across the organization
- In partnership with the Unify Technical Training team, ensure the delivery of targeted training programs to support successful adoption of new tools and processes
- Partner with project managers and functional business leaders to integrate change management activities into project plans
- Monitor and measure adoption metrics, identifying resistance and implementing mitigation strategies
- Support the continuous evolution of change management frameworks, toolkits, and best practices
- Coach managers and team leads on effectively leading their teams through change
- Contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications Required
- 3–5 years of hands-on change management experience, preferably in financial services environment
- Prosci/ADKAR certification or equivalent change management methodology training
- Demonstrated experience leading change on technology transformations, system migrations, or regulatory programs
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
Nice to Have
- PMP or Agile certification
- Experience with Workday, or core insurance industry platform implementations
$105,000.00 - $120,000.00 CAD
