Your Impact

What You Bring

* 5+ years as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist

* In-depth Canadian employment law knowledge

* A track record of building trust with leaders and employees alike

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills

* Experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, or similar industries (an asset)

📍 Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid) - Relocation support available

✈️ Travel across Canada & US as needed
