Overview Job Description

  • The Digital Marketing Coordinator (Alberta) is responsible for overseeing the digital properties of the Alberta Homes team – including websites, landing pages, kiosks, and point of sale technologies. The role will assist in the creation, development and auditing of digital sales tools including floorplans, collateral and copy for home plans and online collateral.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will also be an integral part of elevating our customer experience through the digital signage in the sales centres and other touchpoints.

The Digital Coordinator will work collaboratively with, support and advocate for the Alberta Marketing team while liaising with the NA Digital team and agency partners. This person will be well-versed on web trends and possess an encompassing digital skill set, including CRM software and lead generation experience.

Key Deliverables

  • Update and maintain website and landing page content by ensuring it is current, accurate, optimized and technical issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Manage the quarterly auditing process of website, landing pages and automated email campaigns
  • Add and update quick possession home information on website
  • Work with team members and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and successful completion of online projects including landing page build outs, digital tools and applications, and technical implementation
  • Develop, deploy and maintain touchscreen kiosks in sales centres including hardware support
  • Liaise with North American digital team to support new website releases
  • Manage data feeds into and from Sitecore to support website pricing, lot availability, and myVision assets
  • Support development and deployment of customer focused tactics that inform existing home purchasers of key milestones and offerings, including seasonal updates, survey reminders, myHome information and referral reminders
  • Enhance the point of sale experience by ensuring the operation of sales centre and showhome technologies including touchscreens, tvs, audio, etc
  • Support the broader Alberta Homes marketing team as required, including: event support, strategic executions, award submissions, and vendor support.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Business Management, or a combination of related experience and education preferred
  • 2+ years of proven marketing experience
  • Experience in management of Inbound and Marketing Automation Programs including lead generation, nurturing and conversion (with HubSpot).
  • Skilled in building and managing HubSpot workflows and automations, ensuring seamless integration with CRM (Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of website architecture, user experience, and digital marketing including CMS
  • Proven effective communication and organizational skills
  • Strong technical and problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented and accurate
  • Ability to work independently, and support teams remotely through Teams; travel within Alberta as required
  • Strong computer application skills with proven proficiency in MS Office with a technical aptitude to learn new and or customized programs quickly.
