Our client, a leading heavy civil contractor in the Lower Mainland, BC, specializes in excavation, shoring, underground utilities, and infrastructure projects. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards. Lead project teams and subcontractors, promoting collaboration and accountability. Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change management. Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and field staff to resolve design or schedule issues. Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards. Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

4+ years of project management experience in excavation, shoring, or heavy civil work. Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proficient in MS Project, HCSS, and MS Office Suite. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Based in the Lower Mainland, BC.
