About the role

Bilingual Customer Support Role Open! (French/English)

Agilus is recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Support in the Manufacturing Industry in Markham, Ontario. A global leader in industrial motor solutions is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join their Inside Sales team. This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of becoming permanent. The successful candidate will support sales operations, manage customer communications, and ensure timely order processing.

A Day In The Life

  • Manage shared customer service inbox on a rotating schedule
  • Communicate with clients and the outside sales team
  • Enter orders accurately within 24 hours
  • Use JD Edwards (asset) and Oracle
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions

The Successful Candidate Brings

  • French/English bilingual: Able to speak and write fluently in both languages. Be prepared to discuss where you learned French, how often you use it, and your comfort level in both written and spoken communication
  • Motor industry experience is highly preferred
  • Clear and professional communication skills in both languages
  • Experience with JD Edwards, Oracle, or any CRM
  • Strong time management and work ethic, especially in a hybrid setting
  • Assessments Required: 2 professional references, Criminal background check and Bilingual proficiency assessment
