Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Associate at PCRM's Burnaby, BC location. The Associate will be responsible for supporting daily clinical operations, assisting healthcare professionals, managing patient records, and ensuring a compassionate and supportive environment for patients. Duties include coordinating appointments, processing medical documentation, maintaining patient confidentiality, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Proficiency with medical documentation and record-keeping
- Experience with appointment coordination and patient management
- Basic understanding of reproductive medicine and treatments is a plus
- High degree of professionalism and empathy
- Relevant certification or training in healthcare administration preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
