Are you a finance leader passionate about transformation and value creation? Alstom is looking for a Vice President of Finance to drive financial performance and strategic growth across the region, in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Your Mission:
- Lead and inspire regional finance teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- Act as a true business partner: work hand-in-hand with operations and commercial teams to challenge, support, and secure the success of complex, high-impact projects.
- Support project teams from the tender phase through delivery, optimizing profitability, risk management, and cash generation.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and the adoption of digital tools across the region.
- Present financial results and key insights to top management, actively contributing to regional strategy.
Your Profile:
- 10+ years’ experience in finance leadership at country or regional level.
- MBA or equivalent degree.
- Strong international and industrial background.
- Recognized leadership, with the ability to unite teams and drive transformation.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
