THE TEAM

The mission of the Corporate Giving Department is to give back to drive positive change for the people in our communities and the planet.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Corporate Giving team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing and delivering Aritzia’s giving programs. Your proactive work will directly and meaningfully impact our communities, driving positive advancements for people and the planet. As the Manager, Corporate Giving, you will support to manage the collective execution of our one-time and recurring initiatives, as well as the creation of authentic content that informs our audiences about our giving. THE ROLE

As the Manager, Corporate Giving you will:

  • Support to define and deliver the optimal approach for our Corporate Giving programs
  • Support to select the right people and planet causes to contribute to
  • Support to select the right contributions to maximize the impact to our causes
  • Support to select the right partners to maximize the impact of our contributions to our causes
  • Manage the collective execution of causes, contributions, and partners in our one-time and recurring Corporate Giving initiatives
  • Create authentic content that informs our audiences about our generous and responsible giving in a brand propelling way

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, Corporate Giving has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications to project manage, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values, Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
