About the role
Marsh is seeking a talented and dedicated Lead Technical Support/Developer to join our team in the Toronto office. In this role you will support the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the FinancialForce (Certinia) platform, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. You will also manage system configuration, troubleshooting, and regular system maintenance, including incident resolution, process changes, and module updates.
Lead Technical Support/Developer – Salesforce/Certinia
We will count on you to:
- Maintain and administer user access, security settings, and configuration of FinancialForce (Certinia).
- Collaborate with business segments and technology teams to develop and implement new processes within the platform.
- Customize FinancialForce (Certinia) by creating custom objects, fields, and formulas to meet evolving business needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements, staying updated on new features and functionality.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure effective platform utilization.
- Manage system security, perform regular audits, and upgrade the platform for optimal performance and integrations.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field (consideration on an individual basis for other majors).
- Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder Certifications are required.
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce/FinancialForce administration, including user management, security protocols, data management, and role configuration.
- Strong proficiency in configuration setup, automation tools like Flow, Lightning App Builder, and customizing Salesforce to meet business objectives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
