The Inventory & Continuous Improvement Coordinator supports the Inventory & Continuous Improvement Analyst in the day-to-day management of stock, process optimization, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. The coordinator ensures the quality of inventory data, coordinates operational activities related to stock movements, contributes to the monitoring of key performance indicators, and actively participates in resolving operational issues. This role is essential to ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and the continuous evolution of Campus practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in coordinating cross-functional projects with operations teams.
- Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (5S, SOPs, standardization).
- Develop and maintain tracking and analysis tools (heatmaps, KPIs, dashboards).
- Perform initial analysis of RFID discrepancies and ensure on-the-ground follow-up of corrective actions.
- Identify operational pain points and propose improvement ideas.
- Monitor daily stock levels and support the management of storage and reserve areas (min/max levels, replenishment, consolidation).
- Support the analyst in analyzing product turnover and identifying slow-moving or excess inventory.
- Collaborate with the Academy on training and operational signage.
Profile
- Education in logistics, operations management, business administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in warehousing, distribution, or inventory management.
- Good understanding of inventory management and continuous improvement principles.
- Proficiency with computer and analytical tools (Excel, inventory systems).
- Ability to analyze data and ensure structured follow-ups.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Autonomous, versatile, and able to manage multiple priorities.
