Reporting to the Senior Manager, Acquisition, this role will be instrumental in developing the customer acquisition strategy to support the growth of Credit Card portfolio for PC Financials. A successful candidate will be the lead on credit card acquisition side and will be responsible to deliver quality metrics by forging strong working partnerships with our channel owners across F2F, Paid digital and Owned channels.
What You’ll Do
- Develop the acquisition strategy for Credit Card including customer targeting strategies that incorporate relevant channel nuances and elements
- Work in lock step with the F2F, digital, marketing and pricing leads to plan, forecast, report and budget for credit card marketing and acquisition.
- Obsess over the full funnel customer acquisition experience from prospecting to application submit and spearhead opportunities to decrease friction points, improve conversion and comprehension and reduce drop off
- Lead post campaign performance and analytics and determine ways to improve acquisition quality with new offers and constructs that drive the right early month on book behaviors
- Own Welcome Offer program for credit products, including offer creation, set up, process optimization, and execution – working across different stakeholders
- Work closely with credit risk and analytics to deeply understand the nuances of our acquisition program, customer behaviors, and cost to deliver the most desirable acquisition journeys
- Identify new segments for growth, spearheading research and analytics required to bring opportunities to life
- Be the product acquisition lead for all Go To Market product launches for credit card products, work collaboratively with digital product and marketing teams to ensure execution of strategy.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent work experience; MBA a strong asset; 4+ years of professional experience, strong preference to candidates within the banking, payments, credit cards, or financial services business.
- Operate with a high sense of urgency fueled by a strong curiosity and drive to win
- Experience with digital sales analytics, and understanding of digital owned and paid media channels and opportunities to optimize across all
- Experience in loyalty and/or product launches with banks is a plus
- Results oriented! Demonstrated ability to be part of multiple projects/initiatives of varying size and complexity, while prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks within a fast-paced work environment.
- Fantastic storytelling skills with ability to combine research, trends, quantitative data and market trends into opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability work cross functionally within the organization and to build relationships internally and externally.
- Experience in development, implementation, and performance attribution of customer centric strategy & tactics.
