About the role

Performance-based outbound role. Part time with full time potential - No cap on what you can earn.

Summary: Map2Close (M2C) is a Toronto-based B2B sales consultancy & RevOps partner. We help Tech and SaaS companies drive real pipeline growth through Revenue Operations, Custom Sales Tools, and hands-on Sales Enablement. Our clients are growth-stage to enterprise software companies across the US and Canada, and we are known for building the systems and coaching the people that actually move deals forward.

We are now growing our own outbound team using the exact same systems we build for our clients.

What You Will Do

  1. You are not hunting for leads. You are not writing cold emails. You are not doing admin. Everything is built and ready - prospect lists loaded in Apollo, warm leads queued in HubSpot, talk tracks in hand. Your job is to get on the phone and start conversations that turn into booked meetings.

  2. Work through pre-built outbound call lists targeting decision-makers at B2B SaaS and Tech companies across North America

  3. Follow up with warm leads you connect with in Apollo - contacts who have already shown interest and just need someone to get them over the line

  4. Book qualified discovery calls directly into our calendar

  5. Log call outcomes and follow-up notes in HubSpot

Compensation: Three income streams, all tied to your output designed to reward every step:

  1. Daily Activity Quota - Hit 350-500 (to be agreed upon before start date) dials in a day for a daily activity quota. Clear it every day and that alone adds up to $1,200 a month before a single demo is booked.

Note: You will be provided with a Power Dialer - automatic dialer than can dial 100+ dials in less than an hour, allowing call volume goals to be made easier.

  1. Demo Bonus: Every qualified discovery call you book pays out a bonus on top of your daily pay. The rate increases as you hit monthly milestones.

  2. SQL Bonus: When a demo you booked gets qualified as a real sales opportunity by our team, you earn an additional payout.

How you will get rewarded Three income streams tied to your output: Daily Activity Pay. Hit 500 dials in a day (with a power dialer provided) and earn $60. That alone is $1,200/month before a single demo is booked. Demo Bonus. Every qualified discovery call you book pays a bonus on top. SQL Bonus. When a demo converts to a real opportunity, you earn an additional payout.

Bonus Tiers: Tier 1: $60/day | $75/demo | $100/SQL Tier 2 (unlock at 5 demos + 2 SQLs/mo): $60/day | $100/demo | $120/SQL Tier 3+ (unlock at 10 demos + 4 SQLs/mo): $60/day | $120/demo | $150/SQL

What You Can Realistically Earn Tier 1: $1,800 to $2,200/month Tier 2: $2,500 to $3,200/month Tier 3+: $3,500 to $5,000+/month

Strong performers hitting 8 to 12 demos a month can push well past $4,000. What you make is up to how well you execute.

Requirements Available to cold call between 9AM and 6:30PM EST, (our current reps complete their dial quota within 4 hours) Clear, professional English. North American or neutral accent Prior B2B cold calling experience Able to hit 350+ dials/day consistently Reliable availability, stable internet, professional calling setup Coachable and receptive to direct feedback

Nice to have: HubSpot or Apollo.io experience, background in SaaS or tech sales

Training & Ongoing Support 1 to 2 week onboarding. Talk track review, live coaching, sign-off from our team. Once cleared, you start hitting the phones. Weekly stand-up, call reviews, and access to our Enablement team for training sessions
